This position will work closely with operations, applicable business units, and the Executive Team to provide strategic direction for the quality function. This is a hands-on role that oversees day-to-day activities and identifies points of weakness and areas of improvement with the quality team and processes as well as, in the operations of developing, manufacturing, and delivering high quality projects and services to customers. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field/ and or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality field of construction or a related field.
Ability to independently apply advanced analysis techniques, demonstrate experience in oversight of construction processes and lead others.
Familiarity with other Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9000/9001, Six Sigma, TQM or equivalent.
Full understanding of Project Controls and Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledge of various construction industry markets preferred.
Effective written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction practices, methods, trends and crew data.
