Weber Human Services (WHS), located in Ogden, Utah serves a growing urban population residing in Weber and Morgan Counties.

We are an organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. WHS was organized by a cooperative agreement between the Weber and Morgan county governments to serve as the local authority for the provision of their substance use, mental health and senior service programs.

and find joy through people, place and purpose.As a Certified Case Manager, in our Steps Program, you will have the opportunity to assist adults who need help accessing community resources along with improving daily living skills. Certified Case Managers need to have experience and feel comfortable working around individuals with mental illness and be willing to work with them in their homes. Another part of this Certified Case Management position is to provide daily group meetings in the group homes where additional teaching is done for the residents. You must have strong collaboration and communication skills and be willing to work a flexible schedule.Weber Human Services will provide training to become a Certified Case Manager. Spanish speaking is a plus, and a stipend will be available upon passing the Spanish competency test. You will be transporting clients throughout the community and will need a valid Utah Driver's License.
