The Production Assistant can expect to earn $18.00 per hour to start, with the opportunity to earn $20 per hour after 12 months with good performance. This position is also eligible to receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and enjoy our benefits:

The production Assistant has a 4 x 10 schedule of Monday -Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Overtime hours are available.

The Vital Role You’ll Have:

As a Production Assistant on our team, you will have the followingTasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment.

Handle raw materials in pre-production phases.

Repackaging and restocking of unused raw materials after production runs.

Maintenance, set up, and equipment change-over.

Sanitize and clean production areas and machinery

Follow Procedures and adhere to Standards.

What You Need:

Our ideal candidate will bereliable in their attendance and performance, bring a positive attitude to work each day, and demonstrate good communication in collaborative team environments. You will need the to have a basic understanding of safety requirements, and verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be able to do basic math, have good organization and problem solving skills, and take initiative to work independently. Attention to detail, and flexibility in work assignments is also required. Physical Requirements This role requires sitting, walking, or standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time. This position also requires high visual acuity and good hand-eye coordination. This role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly and 75 pounds occasionally. Repetitive tasks are performed for extended periods of time. This role requires the ability to communicate under noisy conditions. This role requireswearing personal protective equipment including but not limited to a full protection suit including hair bouffant, booties, face mask, scrubs, lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves for most of the shift.
