Help us transform our workforce of the future, today. We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with solid experience in managing Oracle E-Business Suite. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring effective utilization of Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules. The Business Systems Analyst for this position will:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle EBS implementation and enhancements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful system configurations.

Assist in design, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS modules ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide on-going support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate training sessions as needed.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.

Stay updated on Oracle EBS updates and industry best practices, advising on potential impacts and opportunities for optimizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle EBS with the business systems.

Technical Experience and Qualifications:

We want a highly motivated individual and a self-starter who is / has:

Proven experience as a Business System Analyst.

In depth understanding of Oracle EBS modules configurations, and integration points.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business process challenges.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.

Experience in facilitating requirements gathering.

Familiarity with project management principles specifically around Scaled Agile practices.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration and 4+ years experience with relevant business systems, technology solutions and Oracle EBS applications preferred.

Location: This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
