Consumer Products Company Packer FULL-TIME $17.75/hr 1110 East 200 South, Lewiston, UT 84320 Manage all aspects of product packaging for the assigned work cell. Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the quality and packaging standards. Communicate any product quality concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager within a timely manner. Communicate any packaging concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner. Make spools, restock supplies, put finished rolls away, take out full skids, and assist with startups. Package finished goods into boxes. Maintain cleanliness of the work areas by sweeping, dusting and removing trash from the area on a daily/weekly basis. Expected to complete all assigned tasks in accordance with Standard Work Procedure. Expected to communicate any and all unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near misses, incidents and or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager immediately. Provides support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration. Minimize interruptions and ensure quality product. Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible to comply with best practices and programs to ensure safe product packaging.Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM or 7:00PM - Shift length: 12 hours - Days: Rotating 12 hour shifts. Must be able to work nights, must be able to work weekends.Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401kRequirements - High School diploma or equivalent - Ability to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work - Availability to work rotating 12 hour shifts - Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division - Good Team Player - Prior manufacturing experience a plus - Knowledge of manufacturing equipment a plus - Experience with using TPM a plus - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded) - Must pass background check - Can lift 35 lbs
