What You’ll Work On
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining records of materials in inventory and on order, monitoring reorder points, initiating inventory orders, reconciling discrepancies in inventories, and notifying management of irregularities. Maintaining a proper inventory flow that supports production, adhering to inventory standards of Campbell Scientific, and making recommendations to improve processes, procedures, and policies relating to inventory management are also key elements of this role. You Will Support Your Team By Performing the Following Key Tasks
Fulfill standard and immediate inventory requests and complete work order kits.
Perform physical count of inventory and reconciliation with actual available stock (cycle count).
Identify, report and investigate shortages, overages or discrepancies and perform corrective measures.
Maintain stock rotation (FIFO) and ensure disposing of any outdated or expired stock.
Create, display and maintain proper inventory signage.
Identify, distribute, and monitor stock for replenishment to appropriate locations within the company premises.
Manage, update, document, and restock inventory records according to adjustments on location, quantity and condition to ensure accurate inventory levels and quality.
Move goods efficiently and set goal for 100% on-time delivery of work order kits.
What We’re Looking For
High school graduate or equivalent GED.
One or more years experience as inventory clerk or similar role.

Someone who places importance on working hard, having fun, and building great relationships with their peers.
A certified forklift operator or willingness to acquire certification, preferred.
Work Environment
Light manufacturing and warehousing facilities. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. of equipment over short distances as needed during fulfilling job responsibilities.
