Key responsibilitiesOnboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome packets, organizing orientation sessions, coordinating paperwork, and helping new hires settle in.Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative assistance such as updating employee records and HR databases, filing HR documents, and assisting with report generation.Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, help address basic employee concerns, and escalate more complex issues to HR management as needed.General HR Support: Assist with other HR functions, including recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, creating and posting job ads, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR department and overall business operations.Required skillsStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
