Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Technical Suppprt Engineer in Lehi, Utah. Responsibilities: Execute and monitor tool operations, ensuring efficient performance Collaborate with the Incident Team in case of any operational disruptions Restart processes as necessary to maintain continuous operation Initiate tool operation with specific commands and validate responses Expand tool operation to additional machines as required Apply basic understanding of networks in daily operations Ticketing and troubleshooting in Windows and Linux Systems Utilize cloud and backup technologies as part of job functionsRequirements Proficiency in Technical support in Windows and Linux Systems Experience with Backup Technologies is required to ensure the safety and integrity of our data. Experience with Network Monitoring Tools is necessary to maintain the health and performance of our network.
