Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Build and maintain strong daily communication with regional distributors and retailers to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business challengesIdentify growth opportunities (“white space”) with distributors and retailers to expand product category sales, meet quarterly and annual targets.Develop and and manage relationships with ecommerce partners in LATAM like Amazon and Mercado Libre.Develop and nurture long-term, profitable relationships with key international customers and partnersAlign product offerings with distributor needs to drive tailored sales strategies and maximize impactCollaborate on country-specific channel strategies that leverage retailer strengths and reinforce Trove Brands’ positioningManage all territory-related administrative tasks, including maintaining sales systems, tools, documentation, and reporting processesEnsure international sales activities comply with both customer expectations and internal Trove Brands standardsDevelop a specific portfolio of established customers within the assigned region.Uphold and protect the integrity and value of the Trove Brands name in all business dealings.
