Sr. WMS Supervisor, 1st Shift

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Sr. WMS Supervisor to work at our 1,000,000 square-foot distribution campus in Garland, Utah. In this role, you will lead the on-site distribution support group (Super Users). Responsibilities include providing on-site WMS, WES and general systems support to ensure our systems are stable, reliable and effectively supporting operational needs. In addition, you will partner with other on-site resources to ensure effective IT service is provided to distribution campus users and identify changes and opportunities that support a culture of continuous improvement. A day on the job looks like this: Provide direction and coaching to direct reports; manage workload of support team Provide technical support to DC management and end users    Facilitate timely problem/issue identification, communication/escalation, troubleshooting and resolution    Configure and assist in maintaining system dashboards, reports and queries to support evolving business processes    Administer users/devices and maintain system security and user profiles    Assist with identification of system and process improvements    Assist with building UAT scenarios and leading testing team efforts on WMS/WES enhancements or fixes  Collaborate with central IT development and support teams to effectively develop and test WMS enhancements, integration changes and system upgrades    Collaborate with and assist other on-site IT infrastructure support resources as needed
