Scrum Project Manager Davis County (Hybrid) 6-month contract to hire $50.00 to $58.00 per hour Salary Expectation $100k to $115k Our client is looking for a detail-oriented software project manager to help them build our next generation technology. This individual will be overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, giving presentations, and writing project proposals. You should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques, the ability to motivate team members and a love being a PM. Required Skills- 6+ years as a Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master and experience with agile methodology
- Must have knowledge of project and resource estimation techniques and tools including ( Jira and Confluence.)
- Must have experience in defining the scope, allocating resources, setting milestones, and deliverables, implement communication strategies, test plans, and software maintenance plans.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
