We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our Demand Generation team. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and maximize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing our marketing technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and streamlining lead flow.As a trusted operational partner, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing marketing workflows, leveraging technology to drive results, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. You will maximize the impact of our marketing efforts by enhancing lead management processes, improving reporting and insights, and identifying opportunities for automation and scalability.What you’ll doManage & optimize MarTech stack: Serve as the Marketo administrator, overseeing Marketo and its integrations, as well as other key marketing technologies (Salesforce, LeanData/ BookIt, Domo, Google Suite, Asana, etc.).Build & execute marketing programs: Build email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and automated workflows that engage and convert leads at every stage of the funnel.Lead operations management: Troubleshoot lead flow issues, implement lead scoring models, and optimize systems to increase conversions.Maintain data integrity: Ensure high-quality, compliant data management in Marketo and Salesforce, meeting GDPR and CAN-SPAM requirements.Reporting & insights: Build and maintain dashboards in Domo to provide visibility into marketing performance and attribution, in addition to other campaign-specific reports.Process improvement & automation: Identify and implement efficiencies in marketing workflows, leveraging automation to improve scalability.Collaboration & enablement: Provide tools, reports, and training to empower the marketing and sales teams with actionable insights.
