The Product Manager II supports the product development process as a part of the overall product management domain. This role uses customer feedback, business strategy, data/analytics, user experience, and technology to create positive, effective customer experiences. Responsible for supporting the development of products or managing products to achieve desired outcomes for the business and customers.Strategy/Discovery: Represents customer requirements to drive feature implementation and development with associated technology teams. Provides Product Management support for assigned product(s) or components. Identifies and ensures appropriate dissemination of lessons learned, coordinating, and facilitating communication and an open flow of creative ideas between interested parties and stakeholders.Planning: Defines the archetypical users of your products or services. Understands the "why" behind each Feature and works with the Product Managers to understand the roadmap and supporting KPIs. Maps requirements with target markets and analyzes market segments to actively pursue. Partners with team members and other product stakeholders to help develop business case documentation.
