We are looking for Skilled Carpenters for
SMALL HOME RENOVATION
OWNER IN CALIFORNIA WILL TRANSFORM the
10 UNITS INTO A CHARMING PLACE TO LIVE
You will be in ONE UNIT AT A TIME
Must have the ability to FOLLOW a list.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
We are looking for someone to start immediately.

Previous experience REQUIRED.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS (Drill, Circular Saw, Level, Square, Tape measure, Putty knives, Hammer, etc.)
Pay= $15.00-$17.00hr (No Overtime)
Job duties will consist of:
-Plumbing inside the unit
Tankless water heaters.
-No Electrical
- Building partitions
- Light carpentry
- Drywall (float, tape, texture)
- Trim
- pre cabinets,Cabinets
- Install Wall type \AC's & Appliances
- -Restore water damaged wood framing
