Custodial Grounds

We are looking for someone to clean the grounds outside a government building located on Sheppard AFB, to maintain the exterior of Building 280, to present a neat and professional appearance. Working 5 hours each day. Work shall be done on Monday and Thursday, twice a week. This employee shall pick up all debris and trash, clean and sweep the stairs, landings, breezeways, and sidewalks. Other responsibilities include the removal of leaves, spills, and foreign substances in the above mentioned areas. If a federal holiday falls on Monday or Thursday, the work shall be done the next duty day. This also includes the maintaining of the designated recycling area, in a clean and orderly fashion by separating and disposing of non-recycling material in a regular refuse container in the recycling area. Pay is based on Wage Determination $13.17. Health and Welfare is $4.93, total per hour will be $18.10. Applicant must pass government background check.
