- They will be helping the development team with implementation: By help they will, do PoCs, data modeling, and need hands on engineering experience to help the dev team as needed. The primary role is not developer/engineer role, but those skills will be needed.
- Proven experience creating proof of concepts. They need this because the current architectyure is undefined, so multiple concepts will be needed before one is chosen.
- Graph technology experince, including Neo4j, TigerGraph, Anzo DB, GraphQL, openCypher, SparQL, Gremlin. Not all of these Graph data technologies are needed, but having specifically neo4J, TigerGraph, GraphpQL and Anzo will be very beneficial because these tools are already being used.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- Experience working with multi-functional teams in a multifaceted environment
- 10+ years of data management solution architecture and design
- 3+ years of graph technology (including Neo4j, TigerGraph, Anzo DB, etc.,), graph data modeling and graph visualization including graph query languages (GraphQL, openCypher, SparQL, Gremlin etc)
- Experience working in Analytics Platform, AI/ML integration. Snowflake experience is a plus.
- Experience in Knowledge Graph and Virtual Graph (Timber, Stardog, Anzo etc) would be plus
- Solid experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Leadership experience to navigate across large organizations and influence across the enterprise
- Experienced in communicating and ability to present to business team members and architecture communities
- Expert knowledge and experience in data architecture, data bases, tools including data quality, data management, performance/cost optimization.

- Model and architect enterprise grade graph solutions which meet sophisticated business requirements and future proof the solution.
- Ensure that the graph solution meets functional, non-functional, digital experience, compliance, data security and analytical requirements
- End to end solutioning of 360 degree view for channel application consumption, integration with analytics platform, AI/ML model data integration, interactions and other systems.
- Collaborate with engineers on data intensive applications, graph analysis, graph model, design, information visualization on Graph or integrated BI Tools, data management standard processes, data integration patterns, REST API, application performance modeling and analysis, etc. to achieve resilient at high throughput performance in terms of data storage and retrieval.
- Lead engagement with business partners and other data groups to understand mission needs and use cases for better data mappings and relationship creation
- Evaluate graph technologies including native and virtual graphy, assess industry standard methodologies, perform POC and provide recommended graph database and tools decision that is best fit for the organization.
- Document and deliver architecture artifacts, review with architecture, cloud, and security boards.
- Collaborate, communicate technical options and ideas to partners who do not have a technical background
