The Quality Assurance Team Leader will ensure the quality level of wellness composite products (bathtubs, whirlpools, shower trays) manufactured at the factory in Waco TX. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal laboratory and analyzing incoming complaints from customers.

Responsibilities:
Supervising the quality of manufactured products
Supervising the work of the Quality Department, internal lab, and Service Department
Training of employees on the Quality Management System
Building employee awareness of customer quality requirements and established standards
Conducting activities that introduce continuous improvement of the production process
Continuous improvement of the company's quality assurance system
Involvement in the implementation of projects for the introduction, improvement, and maintenance of quality in the plant
Contributing to the development of quality requirements for new processes and products
Implementation of established quality objectives
Analyzing the causes of complaints, requesting and controlling the implementation of the fulfillment of preventive actions
Analyzing quality problems in production, requesting the introduction of corrective and preventive actions
Supervision of compliance with the rules for the components used in production
Collaborate with staff across the organization to accomplish company and personal goals.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the team
Present a professional image at all times to customers and collaborators
Maintain proficiency in using personal computers, data entry, and other common office equipment and software
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications:
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Ability to create quality documentation for inspection and testing of products
Ability to use inspection and measurement equipment
Ability to analyze the causes of defects and implement preventive activities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Experience working in a manufacturing company in a similar position
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
Preferred qualifications:
Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus
