Job Description: As a Master Automotive Technician at Trinity Auto Haus, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-quality service and that their vehicles are in optimal condition. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle conditions.

Collaborate with service advisors to provide detailed explanations of repair needs and costs to customers.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

ASE Master Technician certification recommended but not required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong background in diagnostics and repair.

Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software.

Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and HVAC.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Technical training or certifications are a plus.
