We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and storm damage restoration. We are looking for motivated and professional sales people to join our team and grow with us.
As a roofing sales person, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inspections, presenting estimates, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to handle any supplemental claims that arise from the insurance adjusters, and keep the extra profit for yourself!
We offer a true 50% profit share on every job with uncapped commission, plus we also offer a $750 advance on all contracts signed if requested by salesman. We will provide you with branded gear ,training, support and marketing materials. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work at your own pace.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- At least 6+ months of sales experience
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- A professional appearance and attitude
- A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
