Looking for a Woodworking Assistant in Holland TX. Joinery, sanding, assembly experience preferred, but not required. Job is around 40 hrs a week. Opportunity for advancement.
Job description will include the following:
Sanding with multiple handheld machines and drum sanders.
Flush Trim routing as well as other edge treatments.
Table Saw, Jointer, Planer
Some finishing. Wipe on wipe off.
Assembly of furniture parts to spec.
General help in furniture building process.
Must be:
- a self starter
- able to work alone
- dependable
- ability to lift heavy things every day
- able to wear a dust mask.
