We are a growing company and we are looking for someone like you to help with our continued success, helping the planet. repurposedMATERIALS is a green company and we are dedicated to keeping as much discarded industrial materials out of the landfill as possible and getting it into 1 of our 6 locations around the country.
Our Waco location will be new. The first couple weeks/ months will be setting up the warehouse, acquiring supplies, traveling to Denver and possibly another branch for training. Some commuting to DFW will be required, gas and travel time will be PAID.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time warehouse manager position where your responsibilities would include, shipping via 3PL brokers, receiving products and inventory reporting and control, boxing products for shipping, loading and unloading customers and semi- trailers with forklift, keeping warehouse organized, stocking product on pallets, using a pallet jack and similar activities. This is a hands-on position. You will supervise a warehouse associate and you will report to the Director of Operations at our Denver office.

The following requirements are a must:
Forklift experience - no exceptions, 30-50% of the job is on the forklift!
Ability to engage with customers and answer product questions. Complete sales transactions.
Ability to load / unload materials on commercial LTL and FTL carriers.
Experience in inventory control, accuracy is critical.
Setting up trucking using third party ship brokers
Experience supervising direct report employees.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Xcel and Quick Books.
Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.
Experience working in a warehouse / customer service environment.
Ability to lead by example.
Work well independently and with team members. Show initiative.
Ability to meet daily deadlines.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Farming and ranching experience preferred
