The ideal candidate is dependable, hard-working, flexible, and willing to take the initiative to learn the job. You will be working outside and must have the ability to lift at least 80 pounds. Experience is not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
Typical job responsibilities include:
Removing 4"- 6" of existing surface, installing perimeter boards, filling the area with stone, compacting the stone, and then installing the turf.
Maintain a productive, fun, and safe approach to physical work.
Solid work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and a positive attitude.
Team Player
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend throughout the shift.
We will develop you into an installation expert from analyzing the job site, developing an installation plan, identifying obstacles, making contingency plans, and execution of the job.
You will potentially learn to operate the following equipment; dump trailers, skid steers (large to small), plate compactors, grooming brushes, hand held drills, staple guns, and more.
Our premium turf installers/team members are the face of ForeverLawn® Central Texas on and off site with our customers.
Proper uniform shirts and caps will be provided.
Some overnight travel may be required (of course we pick up the tab on hotel and meals, etc).
