We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and skilled mow crew member to join our team. Tuesday - Saturday, from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. each day. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grounds keeping maintenance. This role involves working outdoors to enhance and maintain the aesthetic appeal of various properties, ensuring that all landscaping elements are healthy and thriving for commercial properties.
Duties
Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Execute tree care procedures such as pruning,
Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, and decorative elements.
Maintain equipment used in landscaping operations to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to plan and implement groundskeeping projects.
Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.
Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a crew.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
