Home Manager

Seeking a proactive Home Manager to oversee a 70-acre farmhouse in Valley Mills, TX (30 min west of Waco). Responsibilities include household cleaning, laundry, organizing, meal prep, pet care (dogs, cats, horses, cow), grocery shopping, errands, and coordinating maintenance and contractors. The role also covers animal health checks, light farm/property tasks, and support with projects, events, and guest prep. Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with animals, able to anticipate needs, and manage emergencies (e. g., flooding, storm damage). Requires proven household/farm management experience, strong communication, valid driver's license, and reliability. Pay $20-$30/hr, 20-25 hrs/week with option to expand.
