An experienced commercial cleaner is needed to clean the lobby of 2 office facilities 2 days per week. Each lobby has 2 counter tops, 1 entrance rug, front door glass and windows, and some teller glass. Additionally, the floors must be swept and mopped each visit and the trash taken out. The cleanings must be done each Tuesday and Friday anytime between the hours of 9am and 630pm. Each lobby is less than 300 Sq feet and the cleaning usually takes less than 1 hour per visit (depends on the efficiency of the cleaner). The pay is 400.00 per month (payments made BI monthly in two equal payments of 200.00 each). Qualified individuals must have a valid government ID and valid SS# or Tax Payer ID#. The job is located in Waco, Texas. This is a great opportunity for some long-term part time income.
