Experienced apartment, Leasing Agent needed for saddlebrook. apartments. A apartment community located in the Waco Woodway area must be very personable, outgoing, friendly, and people oriented. Must be great at sales and aggressive when it comes to closing a prospect and signing a lease. We are a great community and House The best clientele in Waco. Must have at least three years experience leasing apartments. Bilingual is helpful and sales experience is imperative.
The salary ranges from $3500a month to $3700 a month based on the experience and capability that you have. We also offer collection bonuses that can range anywhere from $200-$2000 based on the income of the property ,And your contribution to its success. If you are interested, please call Terri at 254-412-4062. We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. If you work Saturday, you get a day off during the week. we do not offer insurance however, the leasing and collection bonuses will more than overcompensate for that cost.
