Experienced apartment, Leasing Agent needed for an apartment community located in the Waco Woodway area must be very personable, outgoing, friendly, and people oriented. Must be great at sales and aggressive when it comes to closing a prospect and signing a lease. We are a great community and House The best clientele in Waco. Must have at least three years experience leasing apartments. Bilingual is helpful and sales experience is imperative.
The salary ranges from $3200 a month to $3700 a month based on the experience and capability that you have. We also offer collection bonuses that can range anywhere from $200-$2000 based on the income of the property And your contribution to its success. If you are interested, please call 254-412-4062. We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. If you work Saturday, you get a day off during the week. we do not offer insurance however, the leasing and collection bonuses will more than overcompensate for that cost.
