Personal assistant/Caregiver Needed For Weekly( shifts , 4-6 hour shifts),

Job consist of: helping me exercise, eat, help me work with service dog, accomplish tasks around the house.
Hours flexible: around 9 AM-1 PM and or 7 PM- 10 PM-ish
