Description We are offering a 3 – 6-month contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Woodway, Texas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, providing essential support in managing correspondence, scheduling, maintaining records, and offering administrative support. You will play a critical role in our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Responsibilities: Welcoming and directing visitors or clients as they arrive at the office Managing incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages as necessary Handling correspondence, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages; preparing outgoing mail Organizing and maintaining records, files, and other important documents Assisting staff members in managing appointments and scheduling meetings Providing information and assistance to clients and visitors in person, over the phone, or via email Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials Responding to general inquiries and providing information about the organization Managing courier services and deliveries, ensuring that they reach the intended recipients Assisting with specific tasks or projects as assigned by management or other staff members.Requirements Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Experience in organizing files both digitally and physically Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
