Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Estimating professional at Prime Asphalt located in Waco, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Estimating professional, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing bids, and collaborating with project managers and clients to develop accurate and competitive proposals. You will also be involved in reviewing project requirements, evaluating material and labor costs, and conducting site visits as needed. Your expertise in cost estimation and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.
Qualifications
Prior experience in construction estimating or a related field
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in estimating software and tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
