Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new customers through face-to-face and digital sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and talking engagements).
- Deeply apprehend clients' and potential clients' needs, priorities, and issues to create personalized, complete techniques to assist them reap their goals.
- Create an environment in the department of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Can clearly and effectively communicate and articulate thoughts
- Willing to obtain required licenses to be advisor (Bonus on completion!)
- Able to be coachable and have a willingness to learn
Nice to have (But Not Required):
- Previous experience in a financial/sales role
- Previous experience in an advisor/educator role
