We're seeking a dependable Office Administrator/Receptionist full time in a busy asphalt construction company office.
Must have office experience, computer skills, the ability to communicate and a positive can do attitude
The role includes handling a variety of front office duties to help keep things running smoothly including but not limited to:
Answer incoming calls
Assisting with general office support: filing, copying, ordering supplies
Help with day-to-day administrative tasks
Preparing bids and invoices on computer
Speaking with vendors and customers in a professional manner
We’re looking for someone who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
Prior experience in a construction office is preferred
Someone comfortable working with a team of construction professionals
Ability to start immediately is a plus
Pay is based on experience.
