Our wonderful ballet studio located here in Schulenburg, TX is looking for instructors! Help spread the joy of dance to rural central Texas. In our two years we have gone from zero to over 200 students and would love for your talents to help keep growing these kiddos. We have just started performing at local events, and our Spring Show was an enormous success last year. We have two studio spaces available with the primary studio having a Marley floor.
Candidates should have some dance experience and training, but a formal degree is not required. Pay is per class and a car allowance- which is negotiable depending on distance. We strongly recommend candidates should live in Western Houston as drive distance, traffic, and time is a factor to consider. Depending on your location; however, your commute to and from work would be relatively free of rush hour traffic.
Our students range from 18 months - 18 years and a vast majority of them take both dance (rotating schedule- jazz, tap, folk, modern) and ballet (classical- utilizing a modified Vaganova system). Our studio director is a classically trained ballerina from Russia and will train instructors using established classes.
