We are a mid-sized family-run Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing business.
We have been in business for 25+ years.
We are now looking to expand our team. (Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent Residency)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Must be proficient in Quick books
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the Kitchen industry
- Some Bookkeeping experience
- Self-organized

Where: Victoria, TX. Please ensure you are comfortable with the commute to this location. Employee parking is provided. The Hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm.
