Secondary Operations Analyst - The Woodlands, Texas

) Description Amegy Bank , a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A. is currently accepting applications for a Secondary Operations Analyst in our The Woodlands, Texas location. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and ability necessary to:
Provide training of systems and processes to increase productivity and efficiencies from the mortgage loan originators and other mortgage lending departments.
Dedicated producer for the affiliate loan purchases and the company reporting.
Perform the preliminary review of the loan purchase approval.
Prepare all purchase advice detail by calculating, reviewing and verifying escrow, loan amount payoff and purchase premium totals.
Be responsible for the process, transaction and wiring of funds of residential home loans.
Maintain and, as needed, present training on mortgage product requirements and the loan origination system.
Identify and respond to escalated production issues, research to determine root causes and recommend and implement resolutions.
Act as loan origination system specialist to handle concerns and questions as well as coordinate with system administrator on process improvements.
Manage lock changes, extensions, renegotiations, cancellations, relocks, rate sheets, rate changes, and pricing engine.
Create and administer reports.
Assist with regulator requests.
Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience.
Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Working knowledge of bank operations; mortgage loan processing; and mortgage loan systems.
