Job Description: The Sr. Program Manager will focus on leading the planning and execution of a high-profile, strategic Media Engineering programs. This is a capital infrastructure program with a large scope and scale, with the objective of optimizing investments to drive significant cost savings.
Drive activities for a large, strategic, technical program
Navigate the organization to effectively drive progress, even when the scope of responsibilities may be unclear
Develop appropriate project plans and timelines
Ensure transparency of project progress and issues/risks
Proactively drive risk mitigation and contingency planning, along with issue resolution
Communicate status, updates, and project summaries via presentations, email, and direct communication with key stakeholders and executive leadership
Ensure that all involved parties understand and accept their roles and responsibilities
Track and report key program metrics, informing stakeholders as appropriate
Proactively drive, track, and report on impact to budgets
Collaborate with other program management colleagues to coordinate activities across multiple technology teams
Ensure team is held accountable for their deliverables
Independently manage activities and resolve conflict within associated teams, with minimal influence from management
Effortlessly sift through noise and facilitate discussions and activities with a laser focus towards results
Exemplify leadership characteristics through collaboration, work ethic, and creative thinking
