Description A client of ours in search of a Lease and Contracts Analyst to join their team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role is primarily involved in the administration and control of lease records associated with producing and non-producing properties. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is crucial for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency in the lease data management processes. Responsibilities: Analyze, input, and maintain lease data to ensure its completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Prepare full releases and Exhibit A's for assignments and contracts. Assist with managing monthly calendars for leases and payment obligations. Conduct lease/unit reviews for shut-in wells and process payments, subject to review and approval. Determine rental payment obligations and expirations to maintain leases. Resolve anomalies where possible, referring complex issues to higher levels for further attention. Process payments and billing records due to ownership changes from assignments, deeds, probate, etc. Review and make recommendations on a monthly basis for rentals, shut-ins, minimum royalty payments, and associated obligations and expirations. Proficiently navigate private and public records and online resources for research purposes. Respond to landowner queries and work collaboratively with Land Operations and Land Administration team members to ensure effective resolution. Assist Land Operations in preparing agreements as requested.Requirements Proficiency in operations management and payment processing Strong research abilities, with a focus on materials handling Experience in reviewing contracts and other legal documents such as leases, deeds, and probate Experience in billing and calendar management Excellent communication skills for addressing queries and liaising with different teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of basic principles of data management Experience in handling release processes on a monthly basis Exhibits professionalism and strong work ethicsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
