Full Stack .NET Web Developer

We need someone who is able to design/build things from a set of user requirements. Many of the answers we are getting is "we get the design from another team" or "we update the code and send to another team for testing/deployment

". We DO NOT need this

We need someone who is able to handle

the end to end:

Gather requirements >
Design >
Implement >
Test >
Deploy (or build/modify deployments/testing/etc.).

One of the issues is the resumes sometimes seem to indicate they're are doing the building/designing, but when asked in an interview you find someone else is doing that part.

Some level of experience with

"DevOps" would be really helpful in this environment. It doesn't have to be our same toolset (e.g. GitHub and OpenShift) as most experience should translate. TFS/ADO pipelines should translate to GitHub actions and IIS/Docker/Cloud Resources would translate to OpenShift.

So any experience getting from source code to a running application would be really valuable.

Full Stack .NET Web Developer

Onsite 3 days per week; Home 2 days per week.

Skills:

Min of 5 years web application development experience:

C# .NET Core
Angular
Python
CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
OpenShift or Kubernetes
SQL Server (or similar database technology)

Familiar with Agile principle, development, ADO backlog management, GitHub code management, system architecture concepts, client server principles, database fundamentals, DevOps principles, continuous integration, and deployment.
Previous experience with application support.
Previous experience with unit testing, automated deployments, system monitoring software.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (5/5)
Strong problem solving and Analytic abilities
Can lead without authority and work independently to execute deliverables.
Previous experience with cloud technologies, event-based architecture, ETL and supporting engineering applications would be a plus.
