A full-time maintenance technician is needed immediately for a mid-size apartment community in Sherman, Texas (75090). Health insurance, life insurance and PTO included.

Pay range is based on experienced and certificates: $19 - $21 per hour plus overtime pay. A free two-bedroom apartment is available for a qualified candidate.
