Full Time Maintenance Position

Full time opening for a person with maintenance experience or knowledge of standard practices, methods, materials, tools and equipment used in normal household repairs (carpentry, plumbing, heating & a/c, electrical, painting, sheetrock repair, etc.). Assisting with make-ready in empty apartments for re-occupancy as needed. Follow written and oral instructions, ability to work without supervision. Hours Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Full paid insurance benefits, holiday and vacation after probationary period.
