Position: Journeyman Electrician and Electrical Apprentice

Job Responsibilities
For Journeyman Electrician:
1. Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, including:
o Circuit breaker installation and repair
o Electric panel upgrades and troubleshooting
o Light fixture and outlet installations
o Generator and EV charging station installations
2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
3. Troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure compliance with local and national codes.
4. Mentor and guide apprentices to enhance their technical skills.
5. Ensure safety compliance on all projects and adhere to company safety protocols.
For Apprentice Electrician:
1. Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
2. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
3. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
4. Gain hands-on experience in wiring, troubleshooting, and electrical system installations.
5. Attend required training programs to work toward obtaining a Journeyman Electrician license.
Requirements
For Journeyman Electrician:
Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-certified).
Proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical issues independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
For Apprentice Electrician:
Company will acquire Apprentice License or Certification
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools (prior experience is a plus).
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Commitment to completing the apprenticeship program and pursuing a Journeyman license.
