I am looking to hire a cleaning lady whom I can teach and train to clean at my level of standard.
This job pays in Cash Only.
The lady I hire should be comfortable sitting on the floor and standing up without limitation, discomfort, or pain.
Cleaning supplies will be supplied for.
Training will be compensated.
I will clean beside her in the beginning and she will watch and imitate me and write down notes for herself and look over them when she leaves.
I have an exceptional standard of what is Clean, and how to Deep clean and I would like to find someone who is willing to learn how I prefer them to work. I would like whom I choose to train and hire to take notes and remember the details of what I want to be done and for it to be done the way I have trained her.
Once she is trained and guided on how to clean at my level, I will have her come bi-weekly to my home to continue to clean the way she was trained.
Once she has proven herself to clean at the level of detail I have trained her, I will send her to my clients and she will take on more work.
Once she has proven herself to clean the clients' homes to satisfaction, I will hire more cleaning ladies and she will train them the way I have trained her.
Eventually, she will not clean, only manage, train, and organize the operation beside me.
This is a job that will build up to a managerial position with more pay and more responsibility

Should be comfortable with being filmed while cleaning for future instructional and entertainment use
Should have a passion for cleaning and be proud of her work
Should be motivational in Spanish and English to other women she will train and guide in the future
