Full time employment to clean vacant apartments and get ready for new tenant. May include removing trash, furniture, personal belongings, painting, cleaning of refrigerator and stove, moping, replacing floor tile, replacing mini-blinds, etc. Full insurance benefits and holiday pay after 60 days. Full time employee eligible for sick leave, vacation and holiday pay. Hours Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30 minute paid lunch). All tools and supplies furnished. Employee must pass pre-employment physical which includes drug screening and criminal background check.
