The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the properties owned and leased by Modern Abstract and Title. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, well-organized person with a strong work ethic and desire to ensure our facilities are maintained to our company standards.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Cleaning the interior of the offices on the scheduled frequency
Maintain the lawns and exterior of the property on the scheduled frequency
Follow routine maintenance schedule of mechanical and other facility equipment
Complete handyman projects such as installing dispensers, minor repairs, ceiling tile replacement and addressing needs as they arise.
Coordinate with vendors for bids and oversee facility projects.
Support the team with specific facility requests as they present
Courier necessary supplies and documents between branches as necessary
Travel between branch offices is required (Durant, Madill, Ardmore)
ROLE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Experience cleaning/janitorial service
Experience operating mowing, trimming, blowing equipment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical systems.
Ability to assemble furniture.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Verifiable history of work in this field
Completion of a High School diploma or GED required.
Must be capable of working in a professional environment.
Applicable experience required.
Current Valid Driver License and clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to office locations.
