What you'll do:
Establish and maintain customer focus; model service standards, build customer loyalty, and share key product information
Invest in people; communicate professionally and effectively with team members and assist in training
Execute operational procedures; open and close store and registers, cover meals and breaks, and drive operational compliance

What you'll need:
High school diploma or GED and 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to work shifts to meet the needs of the business including days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled; minimum number of hours are not guaranteed
