Senior Services Specialist

We are looking for

• Responsible for order intake, input orders into internal systems.
• Connect to customer portals and systems.
• Support account managers and customers with order status, documentation needed such as SDS and BOLs.
• Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.
• Work with materials manager and operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
• May also engage in sales activities for assigned customers.
• Generates reports such as open order reports, billing reports to support global product line leader.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
• SAP knowledge is a must.

• Must enjoy communicating with customers.
• Ability to work independently.
