Description We are in the process of recruiting a Sales Coordinator in Sugarland, Texas. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on administrative tasks and sales activities coordination, with a strong emphasis on maintaining effective communication between departments.Responsibilities: Manage administrative responsibilities to support the sales team. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to assist the sales team with data entry, document production, and reporting. Ensure sales records, CRM systems, and customer databases are updated and maintained accurately. Facilitate smooth order processing and prompt follow-ups by coordinating with clients and internal teams. Develop sales reports, forecasts, and presentations leveraging Excel and PowerPoint. Coordinate scheduling for pre-bid walks, sales calls, and other meetings. Ensure sales documents and contracts are accurate and complete through thorough review. Assist in the creation of proposals, quotes, and agreements. Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt responses to support the sales team. Collaborate with the marketing department and other teams to support promotional activities. Requirements FULLY ONSITE IN SUGARLAND, TX!
