- Implement sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified passive candidates
- Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, and career pipeline to identify qualified candidates
- Partner with TA Recruiters on successful candidate profiles and identifying who to engage to apply for select roles
- Communicate with passive candidates to encourage them to apply for appropriate, open roles
- Develop search strategy to support passive sourcing efforts; Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or education institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates
- Network and build relationships within key talent communities for short- and/or long-term opportunities
- Disclose and discuss critical recruiting data observed in the marketplace; bring suggestions and solutions to fill roles more efficiently
- Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts
- Promote the Company brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
- Assist with other recruitment tasks and related projects, as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
- Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position
- 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition role or Human Resources
- Prior experience sourcing or headhunting for roles and searching for passive candidates
- Ability to demonstrate a successful record of building rapport with candidates
- Knowledge and strong familiarity with candidate platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Understanding of using Boolean language to aid in search process
- Self-motivated and directed; able to proactively deliver results without heavy direction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in working with multiple partners and key stakeholders
- A natural inclination to work within a culture that is fast-paced and dynamic
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies
- Strong sense of urgency with a proactive attitude
- Knowledge and experience using Workday
