Genuent is hiring a Business Analyst for our direct client in Sugar Land, TX. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity, with potential to extend or convert. Qualified candidates should send their resume (Word format) to Rachel Yarbrough at Our financial services client is hiring 4 Business Analysts. 2 candidates will need to have understanding and experience with HIPPA compliance regulations. They will be implementing a disaster recovery program with a healthcare client. The other 2 candidates will need to have some sort of tax compliance experience. The Business Analyst will interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. They gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements, conducts market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Through analysis, translate business requirements into functional application requirements. and provides input into high level design solutions.Candidates will: -Gather and analyze requirements -translate requirements to technical QA and development teams -complete compliance and operations testing -work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task on multiple IT focused projects -HIPPA or Tax compliance experience required
