Job DescriptionAn Insight Global client is currently looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This individual will be the liaison between the business and the customers to help support their needs. This individual will provide technical support across multiple platforms including PC. Printers, mobile, chrome books, and desktops. This person will provide support for both hardware and software with the customers. 3+ years of experience working in any technical support or help desk type roles.

Experience working with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve issues

efficiently and efficiently.

Experience working across multiple platforms - PC, printers, mobile, desktop, chrome

books, workstations, etc,

Experience providing technical support for both hardware and software systems.

Experience working with BIOS and OS systems. Python or C scripting experience null
